graphic design internship
Tess van Zalinge is looking for a graphic design intern.
In our Amsterdam based atelier we work in a small multidisciplinary team. That is why we are looking for a graphic design talent for 4 to 5 days a week to support our small team. We offer a dynamic internship in a young and creative work environment where you can play a crucial role as a Graphic Design Intern within the team, resulting in a lot of creative freedom and responsibilities. You work closely with the designer yourself so you really become part of the team and your ideas together with your input are of great value. You are assured of a challenging and educational function.
Your responsibilities includes;
-Design look books, catalogues and scenarios
-Create digital designs for the website, online marketing and social media
-Managing the social media accounts and the creation of corresponding content (photography/video)
-Photography, video shooting and editing
-Optimizing the visual experience of our website and other digital channels
-Research new concepts and projects
-Participate with the organization of events and shoots
-Support of development of physical expressions like packaging, labels and flyers
Competences;
-Living in the Netherlands
-Graduated or studying graphic design, media design or related course
-Master of relevant tools in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and premiere pro
-Bring your own laptop (preferably Apple)
-Communicative and socially skilled
-Affinity with social media , photography and video
-Storytelling: translate images into text and vice versa
-Creative writing English
-Flexible attitude
-Independent and assertive
-Structured and organized
-Creative and outspoken
